During my whole study period I always wanted to have a compact description of every subject after reading all the heavy load books. So to comply with my needs I started writing short notes on scattered topics of various subjects of medicine which were useful specially during final exams. This inspired me to make similar concise notes in my subject which I later presented as a book . This book will serves as a ready-made reference guide to various undergraduate medical students.
