Intra oral bone grafts correspondingly utilized in the field of surgical oncology- head and neck for small sized defects and are often preferred in maxillofacial reconstruction. Extraoral autografts are gold standard and are used for large scale reconstruction; but intra oral autografts are advantageous as its close proximity to operating field and minimizes need of second operative procedure for harvesting graft.
