This book enlightens about different oral problems seen in special children, especially the formation of dental caries. Dental caries is the most common problem seen in differentially abled that may be due to either cariogenic diet or improper oral hygiene maintenance. These types of children, because of their impaired ability, are not able to follow proper hygiene techniques and thus depend upon their parents and caregivers to maintain oral hygiene.
